- Lead and manage the Inclusion and Engagement Centre, ensuring a calm, structured and supportive environment for all students.
- Work closely with students at risk of exclusion or disengagement, delivering tailored interventions to support behaviour, wellbeing and learning.
- Support and guide students in managing behaviour, helping them successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.
- Model positive behaviour strategies and support colleagues across the school in effective behaviour management.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies to ensure holistic support for every child.
- Lead on behaviour systems including the detention process, maintaining high standards of conduct and accountability.
- Analyse behaviour and engagement data, producing reports and identifying trends to drive improvement.
- De‑escate challenging situations with professionalism, empathy and resilience.
