- Collect completed work and return it to the appropriate teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour using school strategies.
- Support students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are upheld.
- Keep accurate records as required by the school.
What We’re Looking For

- Enthusiastic, resilient and hardworking.
- Experience working with young people (11–18) in an educational setting is desirable.

What We Offer
- A warm, welcoming atmosphere and a genuinely supportive team.
- Excellent CPD opportunities to help you grow professionally.
- A school culture centred on evidence-informed teaching.
- A good work/life balance and leadership that values staff wellbeing.
- Modern facilities and a vibrant, successful 11–18 comprehensive school at the heart of the community.
