You will own the path to launch, including scope, sequencing, resourcing, risk and stakeholder alignment. This role needs a strong department leader who can contribute at senior level while driving high-quality execution through product, design and engineering day to day.
- Strong judgement in platform security, data protection and AI product development is essential, particularly in the practical application of LLMs.
- Lead delivery of the core platform initiative as the company’s highest-priority technology project.
- Oversee secondary systems and side projects, including dashboarding, reporting, CRM improvement and automation, without losing focus on the core priority.
- Raise the standard of product thinking, delivery management, stakeholder communication and accountability across the function.
- Maintain high standards in platform security, access control, data governance and risk management.
- Guide the responsible use of AI, balancing pace, reliability, data sensitivity and commercial value.
Senior leadership has confidence in the roadmap, the team and the quality of delivery. You bring strong judgment on security, risk and data protection, and know how to embed these into product and technology leadership. You care about quality, pace and business impact.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, products or work streams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
- A solid understanding of modern web products, integrations and scalable delivery environments.
- Strong experience in product security, platform security, data protection and risk management.
- Strong expertise in LLMs and AI, including identifying use cases, shaping product direction and working through implementation considerations.
- Experience with internal business systems, dashboarding, reporting and CRM improvement.
