SUMMARY
Working with existing customers and finding new customers to build and maintain relationships by solving their roofing issues (leak repairs, large repair, smaller roofing projects, safety equipment).
Planning your schedule to prospect, perform site inspections, generate proposal, selling solutions for commercial roofing projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visiting existing customers and diagnosing solutions for their immediate roof problems.
Research and Marketing the target accounts.
Through technology, cold calling, telemarketing, target marketing and business development utilizing technology and company resources.
- Manage each customers roofing portfolios with relationships with territory managers, service teams, and operations teams, to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- Utilize CRM to be organized and produce reports in order to achieve set goals set for by DDP.
- Maintain productive relations with customers and associates assuring our company mission to deliver satisfaction and quality that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Willing to travel to maintain relationships and manage projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in roofing or construction are desirable.
- Proven experience in outside sales and territory management.
- Proven experience in roof inspection, take-offs, and analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis, report generation, and visual representation of findings.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements, calculations, and estimations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, lift and set up ladders, climb ladders.
