About the Role: You will play a key role in supporting and managing our existing workforce across project sites, while also growing and strengthening our labour supply division. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach who can contribute to the continued growth of our Civil Groundworks, Rail and Water sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, sourcing and placing candidates to meet project requirements
- Allocating and coordinating labour across multiple project sites
- Building and maintaining a strong pool of reliable workers
- Acting as the main point of contact for all recruitment and job enquiries
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Proactively approaching new clients to generate business opportunities
- Attending industry events and meetings to build networks and identify opportunities
- Managing accommodation and logistics for workers on projects requiring travel
- Booking and coordinating with labour to ensure all inductions and compliance are completed
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ recruitment experience within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction roles, qualifications, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to build candidate and client network
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new function
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to location and site visits)
