As Internal Operations Support, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across HR, IT, office management, compliance, and internal communications. You will be the first point of contact for IT and facilities-related queries, support onboarding and training, and ensure operational compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & HR Support
- Manage onboarding for new hires, including IT setup, New Starter Packs, and CRM training.
- Co-manage the HR portal, handling recruitment documentation and leave tracking.
- IT & Systems Support
- Work with IT providers to troubleshoot technical issues and manage remote working solutions.
- Manage hardware procurement and upgrades, ensuring seamless IT operations.
- Own the starter/leaver process, ensuring all portals and management systems integrate.
- First-line support for technical issues before escalation.
- Maintain company-wide email groups and system links.
- Maintain the company intranet on SharePoint to enhance internal communication.
- Compliance & Data Integrity
- Run GDPR reports, resolve coding issues, and action permission requests.
- Upload candidate registration forms and conduct weekly compliance audits.
- Assist contracts team with candidate compliance in line with framework standards.
- Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee office procurement and supply including stationary, catering and ad hoc maintenance.
- Take full management of the company switchboard and front-of-house service.
- Assist with booking and managing internal events and company meetings.
