Working for an established leading Executive Search Consultancy within their Charity/Arts and Higher Education division. You will be researching on multiple and complex assignments, including board level research projects with high level contact, working with the senior team on research strategy, striving for results and efficiency.
Supporting Senior Research team with candidate market intelligence through use of market mapping techniques. Prepare and delivery of advertising campaigns, managing responses and enquiries in line with search activities. Deliver weekly reports and prepare information for longlists. Provide support on business development research to identify contacts within the sector.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a business environment within Executive Search/Resourcing, proven ability to deliver first class research and top quality candidates.
- First class verbal, written and communication skills.
- A passion for research, delivery and meticulous attention to detail.
