An established and growing renewable energy specialist is seeking a Heat Pump Installation Engineer (ASHP – Retrofit) to support projects across the South of England, primarily around Winchester and the South. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically strong engineer who can take full ownership of installations. While heat pump experience can be developed, the core plumbing and heating qualifications and experience are absolutely essential and non-negotiable for this position.
As a Heat Pump Installation Engineer (ASHP – Retrofit), you will be responsible for delivering full retrofit installations from start to finish, working within a structured team environment while supporting junior engineers and apprentices. You will be expected to work independently when required, problem-solve on-site, and maintain high standards across multiple installations per week.
