The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a stable and supportive kitchen brigade within a busy gastro pub operation. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will take responsibility for running your own section and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The role will involve working across lunch and dinner services, helping maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency during busy periods. Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage your designated section during service.
