This is a quality-led kitchen focused on seasonal British produce, elegant presentation, and consistent fine dining execution. Ideal for a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up or an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking to progress within a structured brigade.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain Rosette-level presentation and consistency
- Help lead and develop junior chefs
- Assist with stock control and GP management
- Ensure high food safety and hygiene standards
Essential criteria: You will have experience of:
- Fine dining background essential
- Experience in minimum 1 AA Rosette kitchen
- Strong plating and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- Ambitious and career-focused
- Fine dining experience is essential – applications without Rosette-level background will not be considered.
