This is a quality-led kitchen focused on seasonal British produce, elegant presentation, and consistent fine dining execution.

Ideal for a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up or an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking to progress within a structured brigade.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain Rosette-level presentation and consistency
  • Help lead and develop junior chefs
  • Assist with stock control and GP management
  • Ensure high food safety and hygiene standards

Essential criteria

  • Fine dining background essential
  • Experience in minimum 1 AA Rosette kitchen
  • Strong plating and attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ambitious and career-focused
  • Fine dining experience is essential - applications without Rosette-level background will not be considered.
