The ideal candidate will already be operating at Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie level within a fresh food kitchen and will be confident running their own section during busy services.
Key Responsibilities- Running and managing your own section during service.
- Preparing fresh food to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting junior chefs and assisting with training where required.
- Ensuring all food hygiene and HACCP procedures are followed correctly.
- Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
