Main duties and responsibilities: As General Manager, you will be a hands-on manager who has a real passion for the industry. A good level of financial understanding is essential as you will be financially accountable for all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and ensure impeccable service standards at all times.
