Responsibilities:

  • Making food orders and all the kitchen necessities.
  • Ensuring that the pantry and the kitchen are well stocked at any given time.
  • Overseeing all the kitchen and culinary staff.
  • Supervising to make sure that everything is done as well as it should be done.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus and writing of food recipes that are to be used.
  • Assigning the staff different tasks that should be done.
  • Ensuring that sanitary conditions are kept at all times.

Qualifications:

  • You will have experience of working in a similar role.
  • You will have an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career.
  • A stable background is desired for this position and you will ideally have experience of working to at least 1 Rosette standards.

  • Accommodation provided: Yes (on an all inclusive basis)
  • Charge for accommodation: 170 GBP per month
