We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join the Team. As Sous Chef you will join a team of talented chefs preparing food for guests for our rosette restaurant, afternoon tea lounge, conference lunches, weddings and special events. You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate with an eagerness to learn and develop your skills. A love of cooking with fresh ingredients is essential.
