Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations, calls and email enquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Resolve guest queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer-facing role
