We are seeking a reliable and skilled Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes while supporting the kitchen team with food preparation for afternoon and evening service. This role is ideal for someone organised, efficient, and passionate about fresh, well-presented food.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast service area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Assist with daily kitchen prep for afternoon and evening menus, including chopping, portioning, and batch cooking.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the Head Chef.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service throughout the day.
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently during morning service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team across all services.
