Overview
We're working with a well-established, farm-based hotel and events venue in Hertfordshire, known locally for its quality, fresh, seasonal food, to find a talented Baker to lead their bakery offering. This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of a section and put your own stamp on it. You'll have real input into what's produced and how.
The Role
Working 45 hours a week, generally 6am to 3pm, with flexibility on days off to suit the right person. You'll take the lead on the bakery offering across the venue, with sourdough baking at the heart of it, producing fresh bread and bakery items daily to a consistently high standard.
