Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Managing breakfast mise en place and daily prep.
- Ensuring buffet items are replenished and well presented.

- Supporting the wider kitchen operation when required.
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
