The Role

  • Working across both the Granary Kitchen and the estate's events division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food across restaurant service, weddings, private dining, and larger functions.
  • The successful candidate will be a quick thinker with excellent organisational skills, strong knife skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience of volume cooking is essential, alongside a passion for fresh food and seasonal ingredients.
  • Working hours vary throughout the week, with a mixture of daytime and evening shifts. Most shifts typically finish by 9:00pm, offering a better work-life balance than many hospitality operations.

  • Running your designated section during service.
