Main duties and responsibilities:
- Station Management: Oversee daily operations of their designated kitchen station.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients for their station.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff members.
