As we are currently recruiting for a proactive individual to join our in-house Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant.

Please note, this role is in a warehouse-style environment and will not be customer-facing.

It will be responsible for helping the pharmacy run smoothly by supporting our pharmacists and participating in the whole dispensing process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the receipt and collection of prescriptions
  • Updating Patient Medical Records following data protection
  • Warehouse picking in the Pharmacy department
  • Labelling and dispensing in accordance with SOP’s
  • Communicating effectively within the team and with other departments through email, phone, message board and in person
  • Assisting with queries both internal and external about the pharmacy operation
  • Communicating and researching new products and techniques within the aesthetic field
