We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Orthodontic Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing expert support across our orthodontic product portfolio.
Combining account management, business development, and specialist product knowledge, you will work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of our orthodontic division.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthodontic practices, providing tailored product recommendations and identifying sales opportunities to grow sales.
- Manage a portfolio of orthodontic accounts, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales target and business growth objectives.
- Provide specialist product knowledge and support to customers on orthodontic consumables, equipment, and digital solutions.
- Coordinate quotations, process orders, and manage customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Support the administration of key orthodontic accounts, maintaining accurate customer records, pricing, and contract information.
- Work closely with Head of Ortho, Business Consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate customer requirements, resolve queries, and deliver effective solutions.
- Assist with planning and organising customer events, product launches, training sessions, and marketing initiatives to support business development.
- Monitor sales performance, produce reports, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales growth through proactive account management.
