We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded and organised Group Private Label Commercial Analyst to join our Group Procurement team and support the development of our Private Label programme across the UK, Belgium, Italy and Ireland. Working closely with colleagues across our European businesses, you'll take ownership of programme planning, performance analysis, reporting and coordination, helping to turn commercial opportunities into measurable results. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you'll have the freedom to introduce ideas, improve ways of working and make a real impact. We're looking for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys building relationships and is comfortable working in a busy, collaborative environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the Group Private Label Strategic Roadmap across European business units. Tracking priorities, milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
- Analyse commercial, financial and product data to identify opportunities, support decisions and monitor performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, trackers and dashboards covering KPIs, project progress, risks and key actions.
- Monitor performance across sales, profitability, margins, cost savings and product launches.
- Coordinate activities between teams in the UK, Belgium, Italy and Ireland, ensuring actions and deadlines are followed through.
- Prepare reports, presentations and updates for management and senior leadership teams.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end lifecycle and commercial performance of the European Private Label portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and ways of working.
- Build strong relationships across the business, providing practical support to colleagues and European teams when required.
About You
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (essential).
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, PMO, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, practical insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Proactive, independent and comfortable taking ownership, introducing ideas and developing new ways of working.
- Approachable, adaptable and a team player who thrives in a busy environment.
- Experience working with international teams or within procurement, commercial operations or distribution would be advantageous.
- Italian language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
