You’ll work with system-led scheduling and operational data to optimise field engineering capacity across Reactive, PPM and Install work, validate recommendations and tackle exceptions.
You’ll improve scheduling rules and data quality, balance priorities such as geography, skills and availability, and support continuous data-driven optimisation of our scheduling framework.
