Join Our Team as an Administration Assistant - Part-Time! Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? This is a fixed-term, part-time position to provide maternity leave cover, working 21 hours per week across 3 days.
About the Role
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our customers and engineering team. You’ll play a vital role in scheduling planned and reactive maintenance requests while providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling calls, emails, and messages from clients and engineers.
- Processing sales & purchase invoices, plus purchase orders using Sage 50.
- Booking and scheduling service calls & maintenance appointments.
- Managing engineers’ diaries and ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Preparing quotes, order confirmations, and essential documents.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

- Experience in administration, customer service, or scheduling (bonus if you know Sage 50).
