Summary
Field based leadership from a home location, leading Lead and Senior Service Engineers and a team of 10+ engineers across the UK. Reporting to the Head of UK Service.
Responsibilities
- Motivate, mentor and manage 10+ field service engineers.
- Drive performance management, audits and health & safety programmes.
- Maintain SLA targets and recover any service slippage.
- Develop and implement best practice, knowledge bases and service manuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, commercial teams and clients to improve service delivery.
- Engage with high profile clients, build trusted relationships and manage their asset portfolio.
- Support overseas distributors through training, auditing and technical support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/HNC/ONC with formal management training.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a field service management role.
- Strong technical background and NHS estates or compliance experience preferred.
- High digital literacy, analytical skills and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, coaching and change leadership competencies.
