A little bit about the role… We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our global team. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll ensure efficient account operations and will instil a strong client service ethic in order to deliver against our international scope of work with exceptional quality output. This is a key role with a focus on creative production management. You’ll be the link between Local/Global clients, lead creative agency and our in-house production teams. Previous experience in account management is crucial as you’ll be assessing client needs and objectives, managing localisation and production briefs, maintaining stakeholder relationships. Initially focused on Cisco, this is a unique account and requires engagement between a broad set of stakeholders to achieve success: internally, on the client-side (globally and locally) and with agency-partners (globally and locally). You’ll also be responsible for managing adaptation needs of several markets and can expect to work on a range of jobs from an ad transcreation to large scale campaign rollover and media plan fulfilment. Multiple channel exposure is essential as you’ll be working across AV, Digital, and Print campaigns. You’ll be able to summarise information, maintain multiple project statuses and present the updates. You’ll also work with the SAM & AD to ensure financial details and costs are correctly captured, reported and billed. Working closely with the AD and lead creative agency in understanding strategic background behind each campaign and the range of assets available to markets. Coordinating briefings and workflow of projects with internal production teams (Video, Print, Digital, Translation). Working with Local client teams, understanding their requirements and managing the approval process. Supporting the AD in preparation of internal reports and client presentations. Ensuring adaptation work is done according to brand’s guidelines. Drafting and distributing contact reports and agendas.

A little bit about you… You’ll have demonstrable experience within an agency environment. Account/Production management skills. You’ll have excellent communication skills, be intuitive to customer’s business needs, and the ability to build robust and collaborative business relationships. You’ll be digitally savvy and excited about creative production business. Confident, diplomatic and goal orientated, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments with humour and a smile. Have excellent prioritisation, time management and attention to details. Multiple language skills are not essential but would be highly desirable. ‘Hands-on’ approach and ability think ‘outside the box’ and be comfortable with business cliches!
