Join to apply for the Creative Excellence Manager role at DDB. The role involves bringing together our creative community and managing crucial relationships across the creative community at DDB. Our creative excellence team promotes collaboration to raise the bar on our creative product. The team ensures all creative excellence initiatives run smoothly and efficiently, championing the best work across all offices, clients, and mediums. A key part of the role is shepherding Bullseye, DDB’s creative council process.
Responsibilities include:
- Bullseye System Leadership: Support and manage the Bullseye Creative Council process with offices. Manage and attend selected Bullseye meetings, collaborating with the PM. Prepare agendas and assets, document, and share feedback. Communicate targets and monitor progress. Identify top creative ideas for Cannes and allocate resources accordingly.
- Creative Community Management: Create and maintain relationships with assigned offices. Support office CCOs and award coordinators. Oversee revisions, case studies, categories, and submissions. Manage cross-office initiatives like training, meet-ups, and content. Lead bi-weekly meetings for awards coordinators.
- Awards, Submission Strategy, and Support: Support local teams in awards submissions, tracking entries, and managing deadlines. Be the global contact for major awards, ensuring correct credits and entries. Maintain awards data bank with entries, shortlists, and wins.
- Jury: Lead jury nominations and strategy, including briefings and feedback reporting. Identify talent for jury nominations and opportunities. Organize awards show attendance.
- Communication: Manage the awards microsite for jurors and offices. Coordinate with the communications team to showcase top work. Manage initiatives related to young talent and DEI.
