The opportunity: As an Associate Creative Director, you play a central role in shaping the creative direction of the agency’s most important work. You lead and inspire teams across projects — bringing strategic clarity, conceptual rigour and craft excellence to everything we produce. You collaborate closely with Art Directors, Writers, Strategists and Client Partners to deliver ideas that are bold, beautifully executed, and grounded in real-world insight. Whether building out a creative platform, leading a pitch, or mentoring junior creatives, you set the tone for high‑quality thinking and a supportive, inspiring culture. You understand the nuances of healthcare and bring creative ambition to every brief — always pushing for ideas that connect, move and make things happen.
