The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Partner team and elevate their career with us. This pivotal role is key to shaping client relationships, driving strategic thinking and championing creative excellence. You will manage key projects and client accounts day-to-day while mentoring junior team members to deliver outstanding work. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure creative communications are strategically robust, creatively bold, and flawlessly executed. What You’ll Bring
• Prior experience in account management, with a proven track record of delivering successful communication, strategic and creative campaigns alongside building strong client relationships
• Experience working in healthcare communications or a related industry is highly desirable
• Strong experience in managing multiple projects across various channels (digital, print, experiential, etc.) and working with cross‑functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• A strategic thinker with an understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver solutions that drive business results
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of budget management and project profitability
• Experience and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work, using technology to boost efficiency, creativity, and deliverables

What We’ll Need You To Do
Client relationships and strategy
• Own and develop client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients at all levels
• Work with senior teams to define and deliver on strategic goals for clients, ensuring everything we do meets objectives and drive results
• Lead the development of client briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment between client expectations and agency capabilities
• Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions that align with the business goals and objectives

Project management and delivery
• Alongside the Project Management team, lead the delivery of multiple, complex projects across various channels (digital, print, experiential, etc.), managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget, ensuring a seamless flow from concept to execution
• Collaborate with strategic, creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations, from ideation to final delivery
• Take pride in reviewing every detail, applying a meticulous eye to ensure the highest standards of quality are upheld
• Oversee and support the Account Executives and Senior Account Executives in managing day‑to‑day project tasks and ensuring deadlines are met

Team management and development
• Lead and mentor a team of junior account management staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them grow in their roles
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team culture, ensuring all members are aligned with agency values and delivering their best work

• Conduct performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for growth within your team

Financial management
• Take responsibility for client budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and to budget. Proactively manage any potential budget discrepancies
• Monitor project profitability, flagging any potential issues early on and taking action to resolve them
• Support new business development and pitch efforts, helping to build a pipeline of opportunities and contributing to proposals

Champion creative excellence
• Explore ideas and new approaches with curiosity and open‑mindedness
• Advocate for bold, innovative, and high‑quality creative work at every stage of a project
• Educate and inspire clients on the power of creativity, reinforcing its strategic and commercial value
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to push the work further, ensuring fresh thinking is nurtured and realized
• Partner with strategy teams to align creative output with clear, insight‑driven direction, maximising campaign impact
• Shape and refine client feedback to be constructive, actionable, and aligned with creative excellence – guiding both clients and internal teams toward stronger, more effective work

Cross‑functional collaboration
• Collaborate with various teams across the agency, including Project Management, Creative, Strategy, Production, and Digital, to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns
• Create an environment for people to thrive – ensuring your interactions and considerations get the best out of the talent around you
• Leverage senior talent and diverse perspectives to elevate projects, unlock opportunities and bring fresh, innovative insights that drive impactful outcomes for both the agency and the client
• Ensure that all internal and external communications are clear, effective and aligned with client expectations
