The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Director to join our senior leadership team and oversee a portfolio of high-profile, strategically vital accounts. What We’ll Need You To Do
Strategy leadership & client partnerships- Lead and oversee high-value, strategically critical client relationships as the primary contact and trusted advisor for senior stakeholders, building enduring partnerships at the highest level.
- Act as a strategic business partner, offering expert counsel on creative strategy, brand lifecycle strategy, and healthcare communication solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to craft strategic plans and initiatives that drive impactful outcomes and exceed expectations.

- Take full ownership of the P&L for all accounts under your leadership, driving sustained growth and profitability while ensuring financial health.
- Strategically monitor account and project profitability, proactively addressing financial challenges to maintain strong performance.
- Lead and oversee the creation, management, and approval of budgets, timelines and client forecasts, ensuring accuracy and accountability through close collaboration with the project management team.
- Conduct financial health checks, month-end reporting and forecasting in collaboration with the Senior Management Team, ensuring all financial objectives and deadlines are met.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives, optimising processes to maximise value for both clients and the agency without compromising on quality.
- Drive significant account growth by identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities, deepening client relationships and increasing revenue streams.
- Lead business development objectives, aligning with the agency’s growth strategy and expanding into new client teams and organisations.
- Partner with senior leadership to create and deliver persuasive proposals and pitches, fuelling agency growth.
- Develop compelling proposals and lead pitch presentations to prospective clients, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate on the agency’s vision, identifying opportunities for diversification and innovation.
- Enhance operational efficiency and client experience by developing best practices and new initiatives.
