About You
Our UK Film & TV Digital Publicity & Creator Marketing team is seeking an ambitious, creative and committed Intern to join DDA for a three-month period. You must have a genuine interest in entertainment and the influencer landscape within the industry. Working closely with the team across a variety of projects, you'll quickly become an important contributor to the department. We're dedicated to supporting our interns, ensuring your experience is rewarding, educational and tailored to your personal development. Your Key Learning & Responsibilities Include:
- Support the team with influencer coverage reporting and monitoring, and other documents for the team
- Assisting with the creation of influencer lists and handling RSVPs for events such as screenings, premieres and gifted experiences
- Learn and support with paid influencer activations and additional earned opportunities
- Contribute to team brainstorms and support the team on the execution of influencer events and experiences
- Update the team on social media and influencer news, trends and innovative campaigns from relevant brands and studios
- Support with managing and maintaining the team's database, following up on outreach emails and logging responses and interest
- Attend events that may fall out of usual working hours including premieres, screenings and other related events
- Become comfortable performing administrative tasks and aid in general office support
- Learn more about PR communications and creator marketing on a global level
- Gain an understanding of the entertainment industry through your work on some of the most talked about films and TV shows of the moment
- Experience day-to-day operations of a busy publicity team, providing on-the-ground support as required
Skills & Experience
- A passion for the influencer landscape as well as a keen interest in cinema and television
- Creative, with a good understanding of social media trends and influencers
- Display a can-do attitude combined with a strong desire to learn and grow your skills & experience
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised to meet multiple deadlines
- A team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently
- Always be approachable and professional and positively contribute to the team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work quickly and effectively without sacrificing quality
- Excellent time management and able to manage priorities effectively
- Pro-active & intuitive
- Proficient in basic presentation software, as well as Google Docs
