Our creative team is seeking a seasoned Experiential Designer to collaborate closely with the Live Event teams to create and deliver best-in-class creative campaigns and experiences.

 

DDA flexes across a myriad of accounts for Film & TV, Entertainment and FMCG brands. We specialize in extending the world of our entertainment and brand clients to the internet and also to real-life experiences.

About You

As a Designer at DDA, you'll play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and engaging content that captivates our clients' audiences across various platforms. You are an intrinsic part of our creative studio team; whose output is as diverse as it is artistically ambitious. You are a high-performing independent contributor, who thrives in our fast-paced and innovative environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Overall Design Execution: Graphic Design & 3D Design concepts across various mediums including digital, social, broadcast, live events and more.
  • Live Event Design: Create visually impactful designs for live events, such as stage setups, backdrops, and promotional materials.
  • Visual Storytelling: Design visuals that effectively communicate our clients' brand narratives and engage their target audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our events team, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions to contribute ideas
  • Pitching: Assist cross-functional teams in designing pitch decks using Google Slides
  • Adaptability: Be open to learning new design tools and techniques, and stay up-to-date with industry trends in entertainment and social media.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of graphic & motion design experience in a creative agency or other fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop) and related plugins.
  • Familiarity with standard animation formats frame rates, pixel aspect ratios, social media standards, etc
  •  3D skills are a must including:

●     Proficiency using 2D and 3D workflows for AE, C4D, and Redshift

●     Proficient in 3D Product Lighting/Re

  • Strong understanding of design principles, graphic design, and typography is required
  • Fluency in Figma, Google Suite, and Keynote.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and coping with rapid change is required.
  • Well-versed and on-top of current design trends, and the ever-changing social media landscape
  • Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Dall-e) is a plus.

 

Additional Information

We offer hybrid working with 4 days working from the London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 1 day from home.
