Are you an experienced Sales Administration who enjoys building relationships, achieving KPIs and maximising revenue opportunities? We are looking for someone with administrative & customer service skills, who can confidently manage an allocated group of existing customers, maintaining the current business, plus driving revenue growth by cross selling the additional services that DD Group provide. Working within the Healthcare Sector, you’ll be talking to Dental Practice Managers about the range of service and inspection plans we offer to ensure their specialist equipment such as X-Ray machines, Dental Chairs and Sterilisation Equipment remains operational and meets regulatory compliance standards. . If you’ve already got experience within the Dental or Healthcare industries that’s great, but don’t worry if not as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can make the role their own, has a a full understanding of Oracle and CRM Systems, can learn quickly and work as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing support to customers in relation to any general enquiries
- Process Sales Orders for consumables or spare parts.
- Generate and process Contract Renewals.
- Support the administration of telesales and field sales activity
- Chasing up renewals with customers, up-selling of existing contracts, and selling new contracts.
- Generate quotes and proposals at the request of the customers and direct field sales team
- Effectively direct sales opportunities to the best channels for maximum return.
- Respond knowledgeably to questions or queries from existing and future customers on our product and service offering
- Building clients relationships and providing quality care and customer satisfaction.
