Are you a results-driven Key Account Manager with experience in the dental industry? We are recruiting a strategic and commercially minded professional to drive revenue, margin, and volume growth within our National and Key Accounts (DSOs). In this role, you will identify and maximise opportunities across DD’s diverse range of products and services. You will lead contract negotiations, secure commercial reviews across various service areas, and engage with key stakeholders at a national procurement level to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both DD and its customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Account Manager with a passion for success to work with some of the most significant and forward thinking clients in the industry.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a strong relationship between your portfolio of customers and internal stakeholders at DD Group.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, possibly for use in future case studies or company training.
- Create a strategic plan for all accounts and provide the report monthly to the Sales Manager. Analysing customer data, ensuring full coverage of designated accounts.
- Resolve key client issues and challenges, ensuring the DD CRM system is updated and accurate.
- Negotiate contracts and price reviews with the client and establish timelines to measure successful performance.
- Manage the relationship for all DD Group services; dental products, capital equipment, engineering, handpiece repairs, orthodontics, facial aesthetics, and any additional revenue streams DD Group may add to the portfolio.
