CUSTOMS FREIGHT & SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

At DD, every shipment counts. As our Custom Freight & Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be the key player in ensuring smooth arrival of key imported products, juggling logistics, warehouse flow, and supplier collaboration to keep the business stocked and ready.

Your Mission:

  • Own the coordination of inbound freight and shipments from freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Manage scheduling and delivery to balance warehouse intake and avoid congestion.
  • Troubleshoot customs, shipping delays, and documentation issues fast and effectively.
  • Align inbound stock plans with demand forecasts and buying schedules.
  • Keep inbound freight within budget and working capital targets.
  • Provide clear, timely updates on freight performance and delivery accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvements in inbound logistics and freight management processes.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain or ERP systems.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or FMCG sectors is desirable.
