About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Commercial Operations Assistant to join our Procurement team. You’ll play a key role in supporting both Procurement and Supply Chain functions by ensuring data accuracy, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to key supplier and product performance processes.
This is a hybrid role based in Witham, Essex, offering flexibility alongside a supportive team culture and development opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate product and supplier information to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate and document quarterly supplier evaluations.
- Process supplier claims and generate invoices in line with contracts.
- Provide sales and product performance data to support decision-making.
- Assist with purchase orders, spot buys, and invoice query resolution.
- Support Supply Chain operations with order confirmations and delivery compliance.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are up to date.
- Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, and sales teams for seamless operations.
