Job Title: Inbound Warehouse Worker Location: Winsford Industrial Estate, Cheshire Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive (Please contact for more details) About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Inbound Warehouse Worker to join a fast-paced distribution team at our client’s warehouse in Winsford Industrial Estate. You will play a key role in the receipt, storage, and distribution of popular products such as LEGO, DVDs, games, and other consumer goods. This is a physically demanding role requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy items, and a good understanding of warehouse operations. In return, you will have the opportunity to progress into a permanent position after a successful temporary period. Key Responsibilities: * Unloading and sorting inbound deliveries * Lifting and moving products such as LEGO sets, DVDs, games, and more * Stocking shelves and preparing products for dispatch * Ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained through counting and inventory * Operating warehouse machinery (if qualified) * Following strict safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse * Adhering to health and safety standards, including wearing required safety boots and hi-vis clothing What We’re Looking For: * Strong physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting tasks * Excellent computer skills, including the ability to work with inventory systems and perform calculations * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy * Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not essential * Ability to work well within a team and independently * Reliable, with good time-management skills * Safety-conscious attitude and ability to adhere to warehouse safety protocols * Must be able to start ASAP Benefits: * Full-time, Monday to Friday shifts * Temporary to permanent role based on performance * Opportunity for career progression * Competitive salary * Friendly and supportive team environment If you are looking for a physically demanding role with an opportunity to grow within a leading distribution centre, we would love to hear from you.
