Introduction We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients distribution centre based in Grantham as a Drivers Mate working Monday to Friday, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in there career. Drivers Mate Pay * Drivers Mates days £11.44/h Drivers Mate Shifts * Monday to Friday 06:00am starts * working between 8-12 hours Drivers Mate Responsibilities * Taking care when transporting goods * Heavy lifting and manual handling on a regular basis * Dealing with large alcohol crates/kegs etc * General warehouse duties * Carrying out routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab * Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure Essential Experience/ Qualities for a Drivers Mate * Great work ethic * Knowledge and experience of manual handling * Attention to detail when delivering goods * Ability to work in high demanding role * Good communication skills * A team player-capable of working alone or in a team * Be able to use own initiative * MUST have a desire to progress
