We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Furniture Home Delivery service based in Harlow as a Class 2 Delivery Driver, working 4 shifts a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their career with Temp-Perm Potential.
- Days £19.34ph (+ hols up front = £2.33ph = £21.67ph).
- Overtime £29.01ph after 48 hours weekly.
- 4 day working week, 3 shift Patterns.
- Starts between 05.00-06:00 approx 12 hour shifts.
- 2 man teams.
- Ongoing work – Inductions available.
- Potential temp to Perm for the right candidate.
Class 2 Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Delivery & Installing Furniture – Heavy Lifting required.
- Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab.
- Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving.
Essential Experience/ Qualities for this position
- Great work ethic.
- Minimum 12 Months Class 2 driving experience.
- Must have a completed DBS Check prior to starting work.
- Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting as part of 2 man teams.
- Be professional and presentable at all times.
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
- Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
- No IN10, TT99 or DR10.
