Job Description
We’re looking for friendly, approachable, and energetic individuals with a passion for hospitality. Your role will involve engaging with customers, ensuring smooth bar operations, and contributing to the welcoming environment of our pubs.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and snacks with excellent customer service.
- Collect, clean, and put away glasses.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
- Restock bar supplies and assist with cellar duties.
- Handle payments and cash transactions.
- Supervise floor area (for supervisor roles).
What We’re Looking For
- Preferable: Previous bar/restaurant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, engaging personality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisational and observational skills.
- Must live in or be able to commute to South London/Croydon (some shifts finish after midnight).
What We Offer
Salary starting wage: £12.20 + depending on experience. Yearly bonus tips.
