We are seeking an experienced GE PowerOn Advantage (PoA) / ADMS Consultant to support a major utilities transformation programme within the electricity distribution sector. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant with strong expertise across SCADA, ADMS, OMS, DERMS, OT systems integration, and utility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical expertise across GE PowerOn Advantage (PoA) implementations
- Configure and support SCADA, DMS, OMS and DERMS environments
- Lead solution architecture, system integration, testing and deployment activities
- Support integrations with AMI, GIS, WFM, PI Historian and enterprise applications
- Develop and configure SOAP services, interfaces and automation scripts
- Support OT/IT architecture, replication, server setup and performance optimisation
- Engage stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout delivery lifecycle
Required Experience
- Strong experience with GE ADMS / PowerOn Advantage
- Expertise in SCADA, OMS, DMS, DERMS and utility operational technologies
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Shell, Perl or PFL scripting
- Experience configuring SimSCADA, Historian, Proxy and Application Servers
- Strong understanding of electric utility distribution operations
- Experience with Windows
