Are you an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud? If so, then the UK’s largest international airline is looking for someone with your skills and experience to work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical architects, delivery leads, and development teams to provide architectural governance and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining end-to-end solution architecture
- Driving technology strategy
- Ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across the enterprise
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise solution design
- Experience with Agentforce, including AI agents, prompt configuration, agent actions, orchestration, automation, and Salesforce AI capabilities
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, platform capabilities, and scalability considerations
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and platform development concepts
