Salesforce Voice is hiring an experienced Salesforce Voice architect with expertise in the following areas:
- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice architecture
- Amazon Connect solution design
- CCaaS and Contact Centre transformation
- BYOT (Bring Your Own Telephony)
- CTI integration and Omni-Channel routing
- AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM
- REST APIs, event-driven integration, and webhooks
- NICE WFM / NICE IEX integration
- Contact Lens, voice analytics, and reporting
- SIP, RTP, and telephony troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Define scalable and secure Service Cloud Voice architecture
- Lead Salesforce and Amazon Connect integration design
- Architect omnichannel routing and telephony integration
- Deliver enterprise-grade voice and CRM solutions
- Support high-availability and multi-region cloud deployments
