We are seeking an experienced Change & Transition Lead to drive business adoption and operational readiness across a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme within a regulated environment. This role will lead the people, process, and operational change activities supporting enterprise transformation, ensuring successful adoption of new customer and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change and transition strategy
- Drive operational readiness and business adoption
- Deliver stakeholder engagement across Digital, Product, Operations, and Change teams
- Manage communications, training, governance, and readiness activities
- Support Agile and iterative delivery cycles
- Track adoption, benefits realisation, and change impact
- Ensure smooth transition into live operational environments
Required Experience
- Proven experience in change management, business readiness, or transformation delivery
- Strong background in Salesforce transformation or enterprise CRM programmes
- Experience within utilities, energy, telecoms, infrastructure, or other regulated sectors
- Expertise in stakeholder management and operational transition
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
- Experience delivering customer-centric transformation programmes
Desirable
- Salesforce platform transformation experience
- Utilities or water industry exposure
- Benefits realisation and change impact assessment
- Prosci or change management certification
