We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a high-profile technology transformation programme. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development through to delivery, governance, adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams and delivery partners.
  • Lead Agile product delivery and ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Manage governance, risk, quality assurance and testing activities.
  • Track product performance, OKRs and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery.
  • Support product adoption, change initiatives and continuous optimisation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Product Lead.
  • Strong product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management expertise.
  • Experience working within Agile environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, business acumen and portfolio prioritisation experience.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
  • Experience with automation, technology transformation or digital products.
