Contract: 6 Months

Rate: Up to 600 per day

We are seeking an experienced People and Finance Solution Architect Oracle Fusion to support a major enterprise transformation programme following a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation. This role will focus on defining target-state architecture, delivering solution designs, and guiding critical enhancements across Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party providers to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Define architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion enhancements and change requests
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards and configure not customise principles
  • Design integrations across wider enterprise systems
  • Manage Oracle Fusion data models and data flows
  • Support governance, compliance, and non-functional requirements
  • Provide pragmatic architectural leadership across programme delivery
