The Role

Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CCaaS Developer. Customer has recently implemented CCaaS and has a roadmap to implement additional features. Candidate with hands-on development experience on Customer Service module and CCaaS module is very important.

Your responsibilities:

  • A Dynamics CCaaS developer designs, builds, customises and integrates contact centre capabilities.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 customer service and omnichannel.
  • Build plugins, customer workflows and PCF controls using C#.

  • CCaaS (D365 Contact Centre) Technical Skills.
  • Power Platform Development Skills.
  • Customer Service Module.
  • Power Virtual Agents/Co-pilot Studio for Chat and Voice bot.
  • Azure Communications Services.
  • Dynamics Solution Management.
  • CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
  • Power BI Reporting (CCaaS Analytics).
  • C# (.Net), JavaScript (client side in model driven).

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience in managing Onsite and Offshore model.
