We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team, delivering end-to-end recruitment across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing, stakeholder management and technical recruitment experience.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, attract passive candidates, screen and assess talent, coordinate interviews and support offer and onboarding activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple vacancies across Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics and AI-related disciplines
- Direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking
- Building high-quality talent pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Managing ATS data, recruitment reporting and KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics and cost-per-hire
- Working with recruitment agencies, supporting PSL management and improving supplier performance
- Supporting diversity and inclusion, employer branding and recruitment process improvement
We are looking for proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition, including direct sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management and ATS usage. Experience recruiting Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics or AI talent is highly desirable. Exposure to insurance, banking, financial services or retail recruitment would be advantageous.
You will be organised, analytical and confident managing multiple requisitions while maintaining pace, quality and stakeholder alignment.
